The Outsourcing Alliance of Kenya (OAK) is the national apex body representing the interests of Kenya’s Global Business Services (BPO and ITES) sector. Founded by industry leaders CCI Kenya, CloudFactory, Teleperformance, and Sama, OAK is a registered non-profit dedicated to unifying the Tech Outsourcing ecosystem.

Our mission is to transform Kenya into Africa’s main launchpad for global service delivery. By coordinating fragmented efforts, we aim to accelerate sector growth to a 20% CAGR, transitioning 100,000 youth into meaningful digital careers by 2030. OAK serves as the unified voice of the industry, connecting diverse stakeholders to ensure Kenya remains globally competitive in an AI-driven future.
